NEBOSH General Certificate and National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management (Combined): This course is to qualify people in the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
The content of this course includes the following:
- Management of health and safety
- Controlling workplace hazards
- Fire safety and risk management
- Fire safety practical application
The combined NEBOSH course is delivered over 18 days including 3 Monday to Friday block weeks and revision days as required.

It is an ideal qualification for key personnel who have responsibility for Health and Safety and Fire Safety in the workplace, as well as those wishing to develop in the role of risk management. It provides a valuable overview, and a sound basis for further professional study.
As a company we do insist on previous health and safety knowledge/experience/qualifications to enrol onto this course. If you have none of the aforementioned then we can offer our health and safety e-learning course to assist with meeting entry requirements. The standard of English required by delegates studying this course must be such that they can both understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus. Evidence of relevant English qualifications must be provided. NEBOSH qualifications are accepted by IOSH (The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and meet the academic requirements for Technician Membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH). The Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management is also accepted by The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) for associate membership.
