Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service

The Level 2 Award in Customer Service course covers the principles of customer service, including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques, as well as ways to deal with problem customers. This course is suitable for candidates who have a particular customer service or administrative job role and are working in or going to work in a customer service environment. The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificated through HABC


Highfield Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (RQF)

This course and subsequent qualification is intended for assessors who assess occupational competence in an individual's work environment. Evidence for Unit 2 learning outcomes are gathered from carrying out assessments in a work environment.


Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills

This course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in all sectors of the food industry, with consumer products or in hospitals and other industries where verification, auditing or inspections are undertaken. The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificate through HABC.


Highfield Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF)

This course and subsequent qualification has been designed to support those who plan to assess apprentices undertaking end-point assessments (EPAs). It will provide specific knowledge and skills for those who already have sector competence within the areas of approved apprenticeship standards, but would like to gain a more specialised understanding of EPA processes and practices. It will support them to understand and use EPA principles and practices to assess an apprentice against an apprenticeship standard. The qualification sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is certificated through Highfield Qualifications. The course covers assessment methods that are used in the majority of assessment plans for approved apprenticeship standards. This comprises of knowledge tests, professional discussions, practical observations and work projects.
