Highfield Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment (RQF)

The aim of this course and subsequent qualification is to enable the learner to understand and use end-point assessment principles and practices, in either a work environment or simulated environment, to assess an apprentice against an apprenticeship standard. Upon completion of the course, learners will understand the diverse types of end-point assessment, and the role of the end-point assessor. They will also demonstrate assessment skills by making, recording and justifying assessment decisions against apprenticeship standards. This course has been designed to cover assessment methods that are used in the majority of assessment plans for approved apprenticeship standards.


Level 2 Award in Customer Service

The Level 2 Award in Customer Service course covers the principles of customer service, including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques, as well as ways to deal with problem customers. This course is suitable for candidates who have a particular customer service or administrative job role and are working in or going to work in a customer service environment. The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificated through HABC


Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (QCF)

This course and subsequent qualification is intended for assessors who assess occupational competence in an individual's work environment. Evidence for Unit 2 learning outcomes are gathered from carrying out assessments in a work environment.


Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills

This course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in all sectors of the food industry, with consumer products or in hospitals and other industries where verification, auditing or inspections are undertaken. The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificate through HABC.
