The management role involves supporting employees who may present with mental ill health in the workplace and this qualification provides an understanding of the basic principles relating to supporting mental health in the workplace and promoting a positive, ‘wellness at work’ culture.This qualification is assessed by a multiple choice examination.

Distance Learning / Qualify at Home

The Highfield Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers (RQF) can be conducted through distance learning. This is achieved by a two four-hour tutor facilitated webinars conducted over two days, at the end of each day’s session a one-hour personal research period will take place, where delegates will present their findings to a series of tasks, and finally the completion of multiple choice examination.
