Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills: This course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in all sectors of the food industry, with consumer products or in hospitals and other industries where verification, auditing or inspections are undertaken. The course is assessed by a multiple choice examination and is certificate through HABC.

The cost of this course is: £155.00 + vat.

For employers

Learners who gain this qualification will know and be able to apply the knowledge relating to the role of the auditor in carrying out effective audits or inspections. This includes the purpose of audits/ inspections, benefits and limitations of audits/inspections, the auditing/inspection cycle, checklists, data gathering, analysis and interpretation of data and report writing.

The duration of the course is 1 day

Entry requirements

Delegates must be aged 16 or over. There are no prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is recommended that candidates have suitable technical knowledge of the relevant practices and procedures which will be subject to audit/inspection. E.g. Level 3 Food Safety/HACCP qualification.
